We will use your retainer records from your SmileDirectClub treating doctor’s dental practice to produce your custom retainers. **Note: please use the same email address or phone number that you used for your SmileDirectClub account, so we can locate your retainer file.

• Your custom retainers will be shipped to you within the next few weeks.
