Thought it might be scam at first but came as described. Replaced my 5 year old retainers that I really needed changed
They fit tight but that’s because my old retainers were old. Better fit then the old ones for sure though

I was a smile direct club patient and after they shut down, I wasn’t sure where I would get my retainers. I got an email from Dr Direct and wasn’t sure if it was a scam. I gave it a try and they already had my “impressions” from SDC. So easy and the product is great!
I would have to say that my retainers are better than the ones I used to get from smiles direct club. I would definitely recommend Drdiret

When I got the email letting me know that I could order retainers from my previous SDC scans, and at a reasonable price. I was skeptical but they are great! I am so happy that the money I spent at SDC isn't going to waste because they went out of business. I highly recommend.

I was unsure if the retainers would work because another company was my original provider. I was pleasantly surprised that the fit seemed even better than my other aligners! Now I feel confident to order several retainers at once, so I don’t get caught without them again.

They did a great job. It's been a little over two weeks but at this point, retainers have fit very well. They were a little tight at the beginning but eventually all got back to normal. Quality of material so far seems to be very good.
These are the best and way better than the previous company. Smiled direct would leave a lot of sharp sides, so with theirs I would have my mouth all cut up and then have to shave or cut off so much. These new retainers came ready to go, comfortable fit prefect considering I hadn't had some new ones in a while. Thank you guys for opening. Much needed.
One sent they sent me email about Dr.direct . I m one of patients with smiles direct club. I signed up and they had my information there couple weeks came and fit perfectly . I just want everyone to see is save and cheaper this way.
I appreciate how Dr Direct reached out to me since smile direct closed down. So far all I received was the impression kit. It came fast and it was easy to use. Now just waiting on my daughter’s retainers. I’m happy that Dr Direct can supply her retainers.
